1992
Chanda Hayes Leahy finished Trident Tech in 1997. Sybil Steckel Tumminia is a Dental Hygienist in Panama City, FL.

1993
Kevin Ball is a Boat Captain at the River's Edge Marina in Mt. Pleasant. Ashley Hayes finished her Masters at UNC-Charlotte in 2000. Gabriel Gadsden works for Comcast. Russ Patterson is a Firefighter for the City of Charleston. Lauren Rathburn Shaddrix got her Masters from Southern Wesleyan University and teaches 4th grade at Mason Prep.

1994

Jennifer Fox Holmes got her MBA from Lesley University in 2006 and has recently moved to North Carolina. Scott Homes is in the U.S. Air Force, and Becky Hutson Lee is a Coordinator for Belk Department Store in Columbia.

1995
Mary Bolin Stoll finished her BS at Clemson and now works as an Environmental Care Manager for the Dept. of Safety and Security at MUSC. Nina Brady is a Pharmacology Technician at Roper Hospital. Andy Halavonich is an engineer with SPAWAR in North Charleston. Lee Horst Puckhaber is the manager of Forget Me Nots. Janet Johnson got her undergraduate degree in Physics and her MES at the College of Charleston in 2007. She currently serves as the Grants Coordinator in Research Development at MUSC and is also a Research Assistant at the College of Charleston. Jennifer Phillips Strock wrote to say that she has a wonderful eight-year-old son and is working at Roper Hospital. She keeps in touch with a number of classmates and alumni and reports that Ryan Copeman and his wife are expecting their first child, and Peter Johnston is engaged. Brooke Tinsley lives in Dallas, Texas. Paul Tummunia is a Firefighter with the James Island Fire Department. Zack Watson lives in Cape Hatteras, NC.

1996
Jael Gadsden finished Furman University and is a singer/songwriter. Justin Harris works for From the Ground Up Construction Co. Charlie Lowe is a firefighter for the City of Charleston. Melissa McSwain Bremer is a cosmetologist in Dayton, Ohio.

2002
Janie Jones Wilkerson writes: "I was married on November 17, 2007. Two of my fellow classmates and Sea Island alumni were bridesmaids in the wedding (Elizabeth Strozier and Layna Foster). I am a 2007 graduate of Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy. However, I have been working in the pet industry for the past five years. I am currently employed at Bee's Ferry Veterinary Hospital as a Veterinary Assistant. "

2004
Nick Hecker is still enjoying his work at Johnson and Johnson here in Charleston. He reports that on occasion he sees Jeff Gates, who is working at James Island County Park. Taylor Clarkson finished USC and is pursing a Masters in Accounting at the College of Charleston. He will begin work at Dixon Hughes in January.

2006
Misael Rodriguez writes that he is pursuing a degree in information systems technology at Trident Tech. In addition, he works as a video editor for Hollywood SC Studios, which shoots and produces the TV show "Eye for an Eye" with Akim Anastapoulo, and he is an IT administrator for Supergreen, Inc on Johns Island.

Summer 2008 Alumni Notes

1994
Jennifer Holmes
owns a thriving - and innovative - business in Mt. Pleasant, called Bath Deli(www.bathdeli.net).

2000
Hank Luten
is finishing graduate studies at Marshall University and will be teaching and coaching at Holly Hill Academy.

2002
Elizabeth Strozier
is back near her school roots working at the Sanctuary on Kiawah.

2003
Nancy Smythe
is studying photography at the Art Institute and has been an outstanding source of information about her classmates!
Brooke Wooster graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in sociology and plans to pursue a teaching degree.
Michael McTighe graduated from Furman in 2007 and is working on becoming a personal trainer.
Taylor Clair graduated from Wofford in 2007 with a business degree. He is currently working at Johnson Controls.
Jason Penington has returned to the College of Charleston for a biology degree.
Katie Smith still loves animals and is working at a local veterinarian's office.
Ryan Finn graduated from the Citadel in 2008. He got married in May, and is moving to Montana to pursue a career in law enforcement.
Tim Beechem graduated from Wofford in 2007, with a physics degree. He is currently attending Clemson, where he is working on a degree in civil engineering.
Justin Mullinix is working on an English degree at the College of Charleston.
Hunter Wyndham studied film at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Emma Zannetti is in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, working at an art auction house.

2004
Taylor Clarkson
graduated from USC.
Jeff Gates graduated from the College of Charleston.
Nick Hecker graduated from Grinnell College and is working for Johnson and Johnson Co. in Charleston.
Austin Keith is at USC.
Peter Poulnot is attending the Maritime College of Maine.
Katie Sutton will graduate from Lander College in December with an education degree in history.

2005
Michael Magliazzo
has been studying film at the New York Film Academy.

2006
Jai Jones
reports that he is studying integrated marketing communication at Winthrop and hopes to spend next year at Jonkping Univ. in Sweden. He says that he is working hard and misses everyone at CCS.

2007
Thomas Ford
has finished his freshman year at Ole Miss with a B average!
James Neale is cooking up a storm at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. His brother Al Neale is attending the College of Charleston.
Jay Ramaci has survived his first year at the Citadel.
Geoff Scott is transferring to USC.
Anna Sosnowski had a great year in High Point and plans to continue her studies in special education. She will be working as a nanny this summer.
Chelsea Walmsley enjoyed her first year at USC.
