Booster Club

Dear Collegiate Families:

The Sun Devils Booster Club would like to take this opportunity to welcome all new and returning families! As we kick off our 2009-10 school year, we invite you all to participate in the Sun Devils Booster Club, as our athletic program is dependant on many, many volunteers. We have a job for everyone and we want to share that SUN DEVIL SPIRIT with YOU!!!

The Booster Club does not charge a membership fee, so it is our sincere hope that each of you can volunteer some time in order for our athletic programs and club to remain successful. We need many volunteers to assist in a variety of ways and to make it convenient, we have outlined areas that assistance is needed. Although somewhat lengthy, please take the time to read this form carefully and volunteer your services.

Our fall sports season is only weeks away, and we have several fundraisers that offer families a great discount on admission to home games and businesses a great opportunity for advertising! Please see the attached forms that outline the athletic season pass and the athletic banner sponsorship. The funds generated from these fundraisers go directly into our athletic program. We have set a goal for twenty (20) new banners to be placed on our football field before the season opener. Please help us meet this goal by purchasing a banner today. If you do not own a business, please contact someone you know that does own one. This will be a win-win situation for all! Please complete the attached banner sponsorship form and return to the school office by August 1st, as it takes several weeks of production time from start to finish.

We realize that everyone wants to keep meetings to a minimum and it is our goal to have a quarterly meeting with our Athletic Director, coaches, parents, and students participating in that particular season's sports program. Dates will be available at these meetings, so please be sure to bring your calendars!

Thank you in advance for volunteering your services and we look forward to receiving your volunteer forms and seeing you at the SUN DEVIL KICKOFF!!!

Best regards,

Gina Schirmer
