Dear Charleston Collegiate Families:
The Sun Devils Booster Club would like to take this opportunity to welcome all new and returning families! There are many exciting things taking place at school that will have a direct effect on our athletic program and we would like to share this information with you!
As the Booster Club does not charge a membership fee, it is our sincere hope that each of you can volunteer some time in order for our athletic programs and Booster Club to remain successful. We will need many volunteers to assist in a variety of ways, and to make it convenient we have outlined areas that assistance is needed.
As our fall sports season is only weeks away, we have several fundraisers that offer families a great discount on admission to home games and businesses a great opportunity for advertising! Please see the attached forms that outline the family athletic season pass (good for all sports the entire academic year!) and the athletic banner sponsorship. The funds generated from these fundraisers go directly into our athletic program. We have set a goal for 100% banner renewal and ten (10) new banners to be placed on our football field by September 5th. Please help us meet this goal by renewing or purchasing your banner(s) today! If you do not own a business, please contact someone you know that does own one. This will be a win-win situation for all! Please complete the attached banner sponsorship form and return it to the school office by August 1st, as it takes several weeks to produce the banners.

Support the athletics at Charleston Collegiate School and publicize your business with a 3' x 6' banner in the Sun Devils gymnasium and a 3'x 6' banner on the Sun Devils football field. These banners will be displayed throughout the school year!

Sundevils Athletic Pass
The Booster Club is offering season passes for $80.00 per family. This pass entitles your immediate family admission to all home athletic events during the 2008-2009 school year, excluding tournament games. This is a huge savings and is offered to you at a discounted rate as a Charleston Collegiate family!
If you are interested in purchasing a family pass, please complete the attached form and return it to the CCS front office with your payment. Upon receipt of payment, your season pass will be mailed to the address you have indicated.

Charleston Collegiate Hot Seats
Are You Hot?
If you want to be hot at CCS, make a $100 donation to the Booster Club and get a plaque with your name on a seat in the Sun Devil Arena. The plaques are 3" x 5" and can have up to three lines printed on them. All proceeds will benefit Sundevil Athletics.
