We are looking forward to an exciting 2008-2009 school year. C-Club will provide a safe and nurturing environment that gives time for homework completion, arts and crafts, outside fun, and snack time. Any student participating in other after-school activities may use C-Club before and after the activity. The instructors will sign students in or out.

C-Club's schedule is as follows:

• 3:00-6:00 p.m. Students will meet in the 5th grade classroom (LS-15 Lower School hallway, last room on the right)
• Activities will include homework time, snacks, arts and crafts, and outside time activities

Rates and billing information are as follows:

• Rates- Hourly $5.50/hr. Parents who pre-pay will be charged $5.00 per hour receiving a $0.50 discount. (Pre-pay accounts will receive notification when the pre-pay balance is close to expiring.)
• You will receive a monthly bill.
• Payment is due one week after the bill is received.
• Parents with an outstanding balance, not paid by the first of each month following the billing, will be charged a $25.00 late fee per month until the balance is paid in full.
• A late fee will be applied for children who are picked up after 6:00 p.m. of $10 per 10 minute increment. The fee will be paid directly to the on-duty teacher.

Lower School dismissal is at 2:40 p.m. allowing for a 20-minute pick up period. Students who are not picked up by the 3:00p.m. bell will be sent to C-Club and charged the hourly rate of $5.50 (or $5.00/hr. if pre paid). C-Club gives you the peace of mind that even when stuck in traffic there is a safe place for your children to go and start their homework.
