C-Club is a supervised, safe, and nurturing environment for students in preschool through 8th grades who remain on campus after the end of the school day. It provides time for homework completion, arts and crafts, outside fun, and snack time. Any student participating in other after-school activities may use C-Club before and after the activity. The instructors will sign students in or out.

Lower School Schedule

Lower School dismissal is at 2:40 p.m. allowing for a 20-minute pick up period. Students who are not picked up by 3:00 p.m. will be sent to the library for C-Club and charged the hourly rate of $5.50. C-Club gives you the peace of mind that even when stuck in traffic there is a safe place for your children to go and start their homework.  All children must be picked up by 6:00 p.m.

Middle School Schedule

Middle School dismissal is at 3:00 p.m. Students are to be in extra help with their teachers as necessary from 3:00-3:30. At 3:30 Middle School students should be picked up, report to an after school sport or extra-curricular activity, or report to room MS 4 for after school supervision while waiting for a practice or rehearsal. Middle School after school supervision is free of charge until 4:30 because we understand that many of our students participate in sports and other extra-curricular activities and remain on campus while awaiting a practice or rehearsal. At 4:30 however, all Middle School students must report to the C-Club in the library and will be charged the hourly rate of $5.50. All students must be picked up by 6:00 p.m.

Rates and Billing Information

• Hourly rate is $5.50/hr.
• You will be invoiced monthly by the CCS Business Office.
• Billing period ends on the 15th of each month, and payments is due on the 10th of the following month.
• Late payments will incur a $25 late fee per month.
• The charge for children picked up after 6:00 p.m. is $10 per 10 minute increment. The fee must be paid directly to the on-duty teacher at time of pick-up!
