C-Club (Lower School) and CAMS (Middle School) are safe, supervised programs for students in preschool through 8th grade who remain on campus after the end of the school day.
Lower School Schedule
Lower School dismissal is from 2:40-3:00pm. Students who are not picked up by 3:00pm will go to the library for C-Club and their parents will be charged the hourly rate of $5.50. C-Club gives you the peace of mind that even when stuck in traffic there is a safe place for your children to go and start their homework. All children must be picked up by 6:00pm.
Middle School Schedule
Middle School dismissal is at 3:00pm. Students should be in Extra Help with their teachers from 3:00-3:30. At 3:30, Middle School students should be picked up, report to an after-school sport or extracurricular activity, or report to CAMS for after school supervision while waiting for a practice or rehearsal. Middle School after school supervision is free of charge until 4:30 because we understand that many of our students participate in sports and other extracurricular activities and remain on campus while awaiting a practice or rehearsal. At 4:30 however, all Middle School students still on campus must report to CAMS. Their parents will be charged the hourly rate of $5.50. All students must be picked up by 6:00pm.
Rates and Billing Information
- Hourly rate is $5.50/hr.
- You will be invoiced monthly by the CCS Business Office.
- Billing period ends on the 15th of each month, and payment is due on the 10th of the following month.
- Late payments will incur a $25 late fee per month.
- The charge for children picked up after 6:00pm is $10 per 10-minute increment. The fee must be paid directly to the on-duty teacher at time of pick-up.
