Volunteer

The Charleston Collegiate community is so vibrant due in large part to our volunteers. Our parents, alumni, and friends give thousands of hours of their time to our school each year. They put on fantastic events, provide support for our teachers, help mentor our students, and so much more.

There are many ways to volunteer and get involved at CCS. Below are just two:

Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

Working on fundraising and events with the PTO is a great way to get involved at school! These efforts support our teachers and add greatly to our community. PTO events include lower school playdates, holiday events, concerts, book fairs, plays, and more. The PTO also fundraises for specific gifts to the school. Recent gifts included classroom technology, refurbishing spaces, new tools for teachers, and more.

You can contact the PTO at pto@charlestoncollegiate.org.

Booster Club

The Booster Club’s mission is to support Charleston Collegiate athletics. The club’s success is a direct result of family volunteers, who are essential for running terrific games and events on campus!

Any parent who has an athlete is a member of the CCS Booster Club! Please help us support our athletes by signing up to volunteer or donate. The Booster Club helps provide meals for athletes, technology to support coaches, trainers, and students, uniforms, and more.

There is no membership fee to be involved with the Booster Club, but there are many ways to show your support. Here are a few ideas: Athletic banner sponsorships, purchasing CCS spirit items, purchasing tickets to home game, being a team parents, being a concessions helper, helping with scoring, announcing, film crew, homecoming, and more.

Connect & Give

There are many ways to support the CCS community. Our mission comes to life because of the collective support of families, alumni, grandparents, faculty, and friends who believe in what our students can do.
