2025-2026
Access all required CCS athletic forms for the 2025–2026 school year, including medical forms, participation agreements, and safety documentation for Charleston Collegiate School student-athletes. All forms must be completed prior to a student’s first day of practice.
Current families can also access the CCS Athletics Handbook through the Parent Portal under “Athletic Resources.”
Athletics
Athletics at Charleston Collegiate are about more than competition. They are about growth, both on and off the field. 85% of our students participate in at least one sport, and many join teams across all three seasons. Our robust athletics program competes in the SCISA Region 2A and offers 29 sports teams across fall, winter, and spring seasons.
