Apply
We welcome your application to Charleston Collegiate and we look forward to working with you through the admissions process. If you have questions at any point, please contact Bonnie Scapellato, Head of Admission at admissions@charlestoncollegiate.org or (843) 559-5506 x226.

A Dynamic Education Starts Here
We invite you to spend time on our 30+ acre campus on Johns Island, South Carolina. Take a tour, experience our community, and explore what makes CCS unique. Our admission process is thoughtful and personal, and we encourage families to ask questions as they determine if CCS is the right fit.
Application Process
Step 1: Inquiry & Tour
The process starts with getting to know and meet you and your child. If you haven’t visited campus and participated in a tour, we can’t wait to meet you. Find out more about visiting campus here and inquire and sign up for a tour here.
Step 2: Apply
Once you have completed the Inquiry Form, you will receive access to the Charleston Collegiate Admission Portal. In this Portal you will find the Application Checklist Items for each of your candidates, pay the application fee ($100 per student), and you will find the process for submitting supplemental records and recommendations.
Step 3: Submit Records & Teacher Recommendations
As part of the application process, you will need to submit school records, teacher recommendation forms, and an academic assessment. These forms and requests are available in the Admission Portal.
Step 4: Student Shadow Visit
We’d like to get to know your student and your family in greater depth. After the above steps are complete, we’ll schedule a time for a student shadow day visit and/or a family meeting. These meetings or visits help students get a feel for our school, our style of learning, and they serve as a great opportunity for us to get to know your child.
Step 5: Admission Review
Once the application process is complete, our Admission Committee will review your application. Once an admission decision has been made, we will be in contact with you directly.
