Winterfest Showcases Creativity and Community at CCS

Charleston Collegiate School’s annual Winterfest brought the campus to life, celebrating the school’s Arts & Creativity pillar through an evening of performances, artwork, and community connection.

The event featured a range of student talent, beginning with a joyful Lower School concert and continuing with Middle and Upper School performances held under the school’s iconic oak trees. Families and guests gathered to enjoy music, theater, and visual art, all created and presented by CCS students.

In addition to the performances, student artwork was displayed across campus, highlighting the creativity and individuality that define the CCS experience. Guests also had the opportunity to explore student-run businesses, offering a unique glimpse into the school’s focus on entrepreneurship and real-world learning.

The festive atmosphere was enhanced by delicious food and warm drinks, creating a welcoming environment for families, students, and faculty to connect and celebrate together.

Winterfest is a reflection of Charleston Collegiate’s commitment to student-centered learning, where the arts play a vital role in fostering creativity, confidence, and self-expression.
